Kirsty Wilson – Head of Client SolutionsÂ
Kirsty has been part of the Jam Pan family since 2021 and leads and supports the Client Solutions team. She works with SMT to drive sustainable business growth and achieve strategic goals in innovative ways. Â

Rachel Loftus – Client Solutions ManagerÂ
Rachel joined the team in 2018 and manages our growing client base. Rachel spends her time working collaboratively with our clients to develop genuine partnerships, and has been a part of a lot of our projects over her time here. Â

Casson McRae – Digital Solutions ArchitectÂ
Casson has also been on the team since 2018, bringing over 15 years of valuable learning experience with him. He supports a broad range of our clients to understand their needs to develop optimal digital learning solutions. Â

Nikki Massey – Learning Design Specialist Â
Nikki is our dedicated support to our client, HSBC. She’s got specialised knowledge in accessibility, learning and design solutions, authoring tools and much more. Â

Dawn Diamond – Talent Solutions PartnerÂ
Dawn is our very own talent expert. She focuses on sourcing and onboarding the very best new freelancers and upskilling them to ensure that they provide (the best) service to our clients. Â

Sarah Birtles – Project ManagerÂ
Sarah is our expert in providing project management on a range of internal and external projects. She also works as a graphic designer and creates graphic assets and illustrations across the business. Â

Philippa Dewey – Business Support Coordinator Â
Phillipa assists Rachel and supports the wider Jam Pan team to identify business process changes that will improve our customer experience. She manages and maintains administration requirements and is keen to gain new skills. Â
