Starting a new project through Jam Pan? Got some questions about our process and what you can expect?
Here’s everything you need to know about working with us from defining a Statement of Work, to submitting your timesheets and that all-important payment information, all in one handy guide.
Freelancers can apply via our website and will then be reached out by our Talent Success Lead for a quick exploration call that will enlighten us on what their experience and skills are.
This is dependent on the client, but generally speaking, once a freelancer is successfully placed in a project, a statement of work will be issued by our Talent Success Lead, that details the project scope, all the deliverables needed, timeframe for the project, day rate and total cost. Renewals are dependent on client’s needs.
Full support from any member at Jam-Pan and easy access to projects without the need of extra Business Development activities
This is part of the statement of work, so it highly depends on the client/project
Freelancers will be given timesheets that they will complete and send back to us at the end of each month. We have 30 day payment terms plus 2 for processing.
We use Tipalti for invoicing and the freelancers will be given a sign up link and asked for their payment details(bank account, address, etc)
Our Talent Success Lead is deeply involved with our community of freelancers, any queries should go through our TSL first.
Jam-Pan has an extensive reach within the Digital Learning world, working with us once generally means the freelancer will work with us again, if all the parties are satisfied of course. As mentioned before, being in Jam-Pan’s community will always add value to freelancers as it’s essentially free business development.
