Clients contact us via a shared service desk, which has an SLA attached of 3-5 days depending on the complexity of the task.
We can also use these hours to facilitate weekly calls or run upskilling or drop-in sessions with your admin team. These are an agreed number of hours per week but are purely reactive and expire if not used. Minimum commitment of six months.
For our clients who don’t need the highest level of proactive support, we offer a scheduled weekly or monthly session where issues can be raised and solved during the call. If any issues cannot be solved during the call time, clients will be given the option to use time from future calls or if it results in a substantial piece of configuration, we can propose a project.
