Curation Expertise That Transforms Learning Experiences

The Challenge: content overload meets outdated resources

In today’s rapidly evolving learning landscape, organisations often find themselves with expansive digital libraries—but lacking structure, relevance, or strategy. Many have invested heavily in third-party content, only to discover it’s overwhelming for learners, difficult to navigate, or quickly becomes outdated.

Learning teams are under pressure to deliver engaging, skills-focused pathways—fast. But without the internal capacity to sift through thousands of assets, research new trends, and organise them into coherent, outcome-led experiences, content libraries become digital dumping grounds.

This is where Jam Pan’s expert curation services come in.

The Solution: A Proven 5-Step Curation Approach

At Jam Pan, our expert curators combine strategy, research, and hands-on platform experience—particularly with Degreed—to create engaging, effective and manageable learning experiences.

  1. DISCOVERY

Each engagement begins with a detailed scoping call to understand the desired learning outcomes, target audience, and available assets.

Greene King, one of the UK’s leading pub and restaurant groups, partnered with Jam Pan to revitalise their learning content on the Degreed platform. With thousands of assets spread across a cluttered digital library, learners found it difficult to navigate and engage with relevant content. Jam Pan’s curation team stepped in to organise, tag, and restructure the content into intuitive, skills-aligned pathways. By transforming the library into a streamlined, accessible learning hub, Greene King empowered their teams with clearer, faster access to meaningful development opportunities.

  1. CURATE AND CONNECT

Our curators dive deep—organising, tagging, and aligning content (internal and external) to match clear learning goals. Whether sourcing fresh content, identifying top-performing assets, or ensuring format variety (articles, podcasts, videos, etc.), everything is arranged around meaningful pathways.

Jam Pan’s expert curators were engaged by a leading global bank to transform a vast and complex digital learning library. The team organised, tagged and aligned content from both internal archives and premium third-party providers—ensuring everything was structured around clear learning goals and aligned to global compliance and capability frameworks. From sourcing new assets to spotlighting high-performing content across formats (articles, podcasts, videos, and more), Jam Pan built strategic, skills-focused pathways that made learning more relevant, accessible, and impactful.

  1. ITERATE

We believe curation should be collaborative. Clients review draft bundles or playlists, share feedback (e.g., “fewer videos, more courses”), and we adapt accordingly. Our curators fine-tune recommendations until everything is ready for deployment.

Ricoh, a global technology company that specialises in digital services, printing solutions, and workplace transformation partnered with Jam Pan to refresh and reorganise their digital learning content, ensuring global accessibility, relevance and alignment. In their case, multiple iterations were required to ensure multilingual compatibility across five regions—without sacrificing content quality or engagement.

  1. APPROVE

Once approved, curated playlists or learning plans are launched via the client’s LXP (e.g., Degreed), shared directly with end users, and often featured in campaigns or homepage banners for visibility and engagement.

  1. REFLECT

One month or so post-launch, we analyse engagement data and feedback to ensure learning pathways are delivering on expectations. This step helps inform future iterations and provides critical insight into learner behaviour.
