Employees personalise avatars, earn points and badges, and compete on leaderboards – satisfying needs for status, achievement, and recognition. Scenarios and quizzes based on DHL’s content increase comprehension and retention. Managers access data analytics and tools to track participation. The system harnesses proven motivational techniques like personalisation, goal-setting, and competition to turn required learning from a chore into an engaging experience.
