Nomad Foods is Europe’s largest frozen food company, with an impressive portfolio of leading brands across 22 countries.
While the company had successfully grown its consumer-facing brands, its corporate identity and employee engagement strategies lagged behind. Nomad’s L&D programmes needed an innovative solution to increase engagement and completion rates across both corporate and manufacturing teams.
1. A new learning brand:
We developed a distinctive learning brand tailored to both corporate and industrial employees. This new identity was designed to be relatable, recognisable, and seamlessly integrated with the company’s values.
2. Enhanced learning management system (LMS):
To provide Nomad’s L&D team with better control over their learning content, we implemented a custom content management system (CMS) within their existing LMS. This allowed the company to manage and update training materials with greater flexibility and precision.
3. Customisable learning components:
We designed and built configurable learning components, empowering the client to create unlimited custom pages. This included personalised landing pages for corporate and industrial teams, ensuring that each group had access to relevant content.
The result was a vastly improved learning experience for all employees. Our solution helped foster a company-wide culture of continuous learning, leading to higher engagement and training completion rates. By aligning the learning platform with both the corporate culture and individual needs of employees, Nomad Foods saw a significant ROI in its employee development initiatives.
A targeted, creative approach to learning and development can breathe new life into corporate training programs. By integrating innovative design, enhanced control, and relatable content, we were able to transform a stagnant learning system into an engaging, brand-aligned experience that met the diverse needs of all employees.
